At this time, no executive committee has been elected. The decision
to have a centralized website where active arbitrators can promote
their expertise and/or availability was taken by consensus, and all
arbitrators listed herein have been mutually referred. The creation
of a genuine non-profit status professional organization is under
review, and will be reconsidered in 2005, if there is enough
interest from listees to establish such an association.
All members of ALAA are members of
ADRWeb.ca, Canada's largest database of prequalified mediators
and arbitrators.
